bloggin from IUN...
hi!
Its chelsea today. :)
I know, I know...we haven't blogged in forever...
and because we haven't blogged in forever, many things have gone down in our lives.
I had a relationship that lasted a month and five days. lol. (August 4-September 9). i know...its short. :/ For the sake of his privacy i'm not going to say his name. Turns out we just didn't fit so well. I have no hard feelings toward him at all...as a matter of fact, i still love to talk to him, but I know that God didn't have it in his plan for us to date. I guess you gotta listen to God when you ask for a sign and in less than an hour on your way to your boyfriends house, you get pulled over for an incomplete stop at a stop sign :P Thanks for that one God.

and as i was ending my relationship...brian was working on beginning one. I hope he reads this and decides to post in response. :)
some things i learned from this whole experience are...
...don't compromise who you are to try and impress someone.
...it's extremely hard to have a healthy relationship with someone you barely know.
...if you can't see yourself marrying this person, it's not fair to keep leading them on.
...don't move to quickly, it only makes things harder.
...if somethings bothers you, its not okay to just laugh it off.
...stick up for your family, no matter what.
&
...STOP completely at stop signs. :P
So I guess i'm back to the single world. It welcomed me back with open arms...and a party :) thanks to all my wonderful friends who dropped everything to be with me (you know who you are). oh...and a special thanks to brian for being the shoulder that got cried on the most.
I can't wait to find the one guy that is everything i need, and so much more. I'm not about to 'settle' anytime soon.
maybe, just maybe that guy is out there right now reading this blog.
and if you are mr. right...let's hang out, yeah?
:)
that's all for now...
love ya lots..
ched.
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.

spontaneity is always worth it...and here's why.
Okay (Chelsea) first :)
so my day started with getting a phone call from Bri aroud 10:30 and it most definitely woke me up :P after some planning we decided to go to Chicago for the day and just chill. Originally I needed to be home by five so we were gunna go to this amazing restaurant called "Flat Top Grill" and then go shoppin at Urban :) little did we know...all of those plans would change.
MY TURN!!!! (Brian)
So change of plan and it's too hott to go to the fair so we can stay as long as we want! Woo! So after eating n going to 4ever 21 and urban outfitters spending way to much time and money, we took a lil trip to the box office to see what we culd get as far as cheap tickets went.
(Chelsea)
so we wander to the box office for shrek the musical, and we find out that in order to get tickets that weren't in the nosebleed and hearing impaired section it would cost us around $60 each. Talk about "angels in odd places"...the man behind the counter asked us if we were students. After showing him our IDs he told us that we could get seats in row S of the orchestra for $25 because of this wonderful little thing called 'student rush'.
(bribri)
so after much screaming jumping and thanking we ran down the streets of Chicago to this shweet looking lil tea shop next to the oriental theatre. After great drinks and funny conversations, requiring dramatic exits and re-entrances to the building, we went into the downstairs to the token entrance bathrooms to change n go see the awsomeee (and cheap) show!
(chelly)
the show was probably one of the funniest shows I have ever seen. At a very interesting intermission (spotting lookers and seeing a little boy face plant in the isle) we continued the show. The actors were amazing and honestly was astounded by the cast as a whole. I highly recommend the show! As soon as it ended...Brian and I bolted for the stage door.
(bri-guy)
once there we saw random techies and no one really "special" untill the beautiful, belt your face off singer straight from heaven came out. She was superrrrrr sweet and talked with us as we got our pictures. N then after more waiting this cute little girl came out n with her scooter. She was crazy good for being soooo young and after a second picture we waited some more... More people came out n the last picture was of chelly and the guy who played donkey. Chels asked me if I'm almost done so it's her turn haha.
(ched)
but I think the best part of today was that I got to spend it with my best friend. After a summer full of ups and downs...I couldnt have planned a better way to end it. :)
(Bri)
booo school coming up. Oh! And I agree with chelly :D
(chudly)
alright...tah tah for now...we will have some pics up
later.
Oh and...let your freak flag fly :)

Season Finale of GLEE!

So every Tuesday night my wonderful friends and i get together to catch a glimpse of heaven... or just Lea Michele's incredible voice. haha anywhoser this past Tuesday was the last episode of season 2 :( sniff sniff. I just have to say if your not into glee and you appreciate good singing and just great all around shows, you are definitely missing out. Chels knows ,of all people, how much i love that show, and apparently my mom doesn't... lol she thinks it is ok to complain and knit pick any little detail that doesn't quite fit, and then she went and answered the phone and talked really loud during a song. :( some people never learn. lol that night really cheered me up overall. Glee plus my best friends can improve any bad day :)
