i figured i should talk a little bit about friday and the theater banquet!
I guess you have to know something about me first. i don't act like a senior...at all. I mean, everything a kid dreams about when being a senior...like ditch day, senior prom, and senior banquet...yeah i didn't do any of those. And i'm perfectly okay with that. I spent those nights doing other fun things like going to see a musical in chicago, and spending time with my friend lindsay who i hadn't hung out with in much too long.
anyway....theater banquet was the first time that i actually felt like a senior. I was proud to be sitting at the head table with the people i have spent all four years of high school with. oh, and then i won best supporting actress :D It was such a great feeling.
Brian and i decided to match for this banquet since it would be one of the last things in high school that we would get to dress up together for. Here is how it turned out :

After the dinner brian got inducted into ITS and we both recieved a theater letter :) Also, we performed our duo from state and as much as i am bored with that song, i enjoyed performing it one more time with my best friend :)
Oh yeah...and also, brian and i decided to change into some ghetto outfits for the dance...and we looked goooooood.

overall the night was so much fun and i'm glad it ended out my senior year in theater :D
